How We Will Elevate Our Program
01. Opening Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Lab on University Campuses
They will achieve this by:
- Having access to GCP at no cost
- Having access to obtain a GCP professional training and/or certification
- Having access to a computer lab from their own device, computer or lab given by Niche Aim
Requirements:
- Must be an enrolled student
- Students must be successfully going to school and maintaining good attendance and passing grades
- Letter of recommendation from a professor or the insitution
- An NDA must be signed by the student and Niche Aim
- An MOU must be signed by the educational institution and Niche Aim
02. Offering Capstone Project and Intern Project for Senior
- Earning school credit when they work on their Capstone project with Niche Aim
- Having hand-on experience, resources, mentoring while completing their Intern Project with Niche Aim
- Must be an enrolled student
- Student must be successfully going to school and maintaining good attendance and passing grades
- Letter of recommendation from a professor or the insitution
- An NDA must be signed by the student and Niche Aim
- An MOU must be signed by the educational institution and Niche Aim
- It is suggested that the student must be on vacation from school to participate in a internship program and/or intern project
- If the students decide to do an intern project with Niche Aim, they will repport to a supervisor within Niche Aim
03. Hiring students into part-time and/or full-time positions
- Must be an enrolled student
- Student must be successfully going to school and maintaining good attendance and passing grades
- Letter of recommendation from a professor or the institution
- An NDA must be signed by the student and Niche Aim
- An MOU must be signed by the educational institution and Niche Aim
- It is suggested that the student can have work life balance because school should be their priority
- They will go thru a recruitment and hiring process with Niche Aim
04. Hiring graduated students and alumni into permanent positions
The purpose of this is to give an opportunity to people who have studied in the field to become working professionals with Niche Aim.
Requirements:
- Must be have been an enrolled student in the institution we are partnering with
- Must have successfully graduated from the institution
- They must go through a recruitment and hiring process with Niche Aim
05. Mentoring faculty members
Niche Aim commits to mentoring faculty members and institutions on the latest technologies, and knowledge that is out in the professional work environment. As a result, faculty members can successfully help students in their educational journey.
Requirements:
- An MOU must be signed by the educational institution and Niche Aim
06. Mentoring student
Niche Aim commits to mentoring students in their educational journey.
Niche Aim will achieve this by:
- Having an expert in the field mentor students about classes they should consider taking
- Having a successful business person mentor students who wish to become entrepreneurs
