Managing Partner – Bilingual Technologist and Entrepreneur Driving Binational Business
Juan is a fully bilingual (English and Spanish), technologist and entrepreneur with over 20 years of binational (USA-Mexico) business experience. Over the last 30 years, he has led implementations of technology solutions in Healthcare, IoT, Energy, Finance, Social Networks, and Manufacturing. His proven success is attributed to a value-based and customer-focused ability to build cross-functional partnerships with government, academia, private entities, and community-based organizations to execute multi-million dollar initiatives, realizing millions more on tangible value through increased revenue, profitability, and social benefit.
As a Managing Partner of Niche Aim Technologies, Juan is responsible for the development and implementation of the Patient Holistics platform, a population health management system focused on the intersection between clinical and socioeconomic workflows that improve the lives of people.
As the CEO of People Thrust, Juan is determined to match the needs of North American companies with the capabilities, experience, and passion of people in Latin America and the Caribbean for the purpose of building binational win-win working relationships.
As a Managing Partner at Bang Creativo he focuses on business development strategies that position the brand and services in the North American and Caribbean marketplaces.
He currently holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University in the USA, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ana G. Mendez University in Puerto Rico.
Managing Partner and Head of Operational Excellence
An IT professional and cloud passionate with 20 years experience in the IT infrastructure area through different companies and industries like manufacturing, consulting and IT services in which he has played various operational and managerial roles where he developed technical skills and leadership.
As responsible for Operational Excellence Tribe and co-owner of the DevOps Excellence Tribe of Niche Aim, he is responsible for our Google Relationship management as well as the implementation and support of the Google Workspace platform, and supporting the cloud infrastructure operations based on Google Cloud Platform.
He currently holds various Google Cloud Professional Certifications like Professional Cloud Network Engineer, Professional Cloud Security Engineer, Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Google Workspace Administrator, Professional ChromeOS Administrator and Google Cloud Authorized Trainer.
